Our standard (next-day) laundry service is $2.50/lb. An average hamper of laundry weighs about 10 lbs. We weight the laundry as it arrives, before being loaded into the washing machine. Pickup & delivery are free with every order.handled with care
Your laundry is tagged and always kept together, separate from other orders. Your laundry is carefully separated by lights, darks, towels, and blankets and is only put through on low temperature settings.eco-friendly focus
When placing your order, you can choose between premium-scented, hypoallergenic (unscented/sensitive skin, or providing your own detergent. Yes, of course! We carefully separate out the lights, darks, towels, and bedding.

We do not treat stains or offer stain removal, ironing, lint removal, shoe cleaning, hand washing, or dry cleaning.

To make it easier for you to put away, we do our best to pack laundry by family member and item type. Feel free to include any special requests in “special instructions”.
The Service

Clothes & Towels: $2.50 per pound
Large Items: $2.50 per pound + $8 per item. (A large item is one that requires its own wash/dry cycle in a standard size washer/dryer.)
*There is a minimum fee of $25 per order

You will be able to pay by credit/debit card using the link provided in your invoice.
Invoices will be sent by text or email when your order is delivered.
Payment is due upon receipt. A $25 late fee will be add to any invoice not paid within 48 hours.

Missed Pick Up Fee
A $10 fee is applied if we arrive for pickup but your laundry is not at the designated pickup location.Unsafe/Unsanitary Fee
We do not service unsafe/unsanitary laundry. We also do not service laundry that includes excessive pet hair.Before you schedule your pickup, you will be asked to certify that your laundry:
is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazard material
is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit.

Violators incur a $20 fee, laundry is returned “as is”.
Late Payment Fee
All invoices are to be paid upon receipt. Invoices that have not been paid within 48 hours will incur a $25 late fee.

When placing your order, you have 3 detergent options:
Premium-scented
Hypoallergenic (unscented/sensitive skin
Provide your own
If you choose premium-scented or hypoallergenic, we will use a top rated premium brand detergent.
If you choose to provide your own, please include your detergent with your pickup. We will use your detergent and will return any unused detergent to you with your order.

Because fabric softener is not recommended because it damages fabrics and shortens the life of clothes, we do not use it with every load. If you would like us to use fabric softener, simply request it in the “special instructions” section and provide the fabric softener of your choice.

DRYING: We only dry using low-medium heat; never high heat.
WASHING: As recommended by laundry experts, we wash clothes in cold water. However, if you want us to use hot water, simply request it in “special instructions” and we will accommodate you.

We are happy to accommoate requests for items to be hung dry. If you want items to be hung:
Select “hang dry” and “hangers”.
Put your hang-dry items in a separate bag and label “hang dry”.
Put the correct number of hangers in your hang-dry back. (We do not stock hangers)

Using the button at the bottom of this page, complete the form and select the date/time for your pickup. We will send a text confirmation once we receive your request.

Pickup/Deliveries can be scheduled Monday-Friday, from 9 AM - 3 PM.
We will send you a text confirmation of your pickup date and time and another text message to let you know that we are on our way.
We will send another text message when we are on our way with your clean laundry, and a text confirmation once everything has been delivered.

You can put your laundry out for pickup in any box, disposable bag, or hamper that you want. If you use your hamper, we will transfer your clothes to another bag and will leave your hamper behind. If you use reusable bags, we will return to you with your clean laundry at delivery.
